General Terms
By booking with Pawsome Pet Lodge, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of your pet(s) and all other animals in our care.

Pet Responsibility
Owners are solely responsible for any harm or damage caused by their pet(s) while at Pawsome Pet Lodge. It is your responsibility to inform us of any behavioral issues such as aggression, excessive anxiety, or other tendencies that could pose a risk to other dogs or staff. We reserve the right to deny service to pets with behavioral issues that cannot be managed safely within our facility.

Health and Vaccination Requirements
All pets must be up-to-date with their vaccinations, including Rabies, 5-in-1, and Kennel Cough (Bordetella). Proof of vaccinations must be provided prior to check-in. Dogs showing signs of illness, fleas, or parasites will be denied entry for the safety of all pets. Ensure your pet’s flea and deworming treatments are administered at least a week before arrival.

Booking and Cancellations
All bookings are subject to availability. To secure a booking, a deposit may be required. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled drop-off time to avoid cancellation fees. During peak seasons, additional cancellation policies may apply.

Payment and Fees
Payment is required at the time of check-out. Any additional fees, such as extended stays or special services (e.g., transportation), will be discussed and agreed upon prior to service. Pets not collected on the agreed date will incur extra charges.

Emergency Medical Care
In the event of illness or injury, Pawsome Pet Lodge will take immediate steps to ensure your pet’s well-being. If necessary, we will take your pet to a veterinarian for treatment. You are financially responsible for any veterinary fees incurred. We will make every effort to contact you immediately in the event of a medical emergency.

Kennel-Free Environment
Pawsome Pet Lodge operates a kennel-free environment where dogs are allowed to socialize, play, and roam freely under constant supervision. While we take every precaution to prevent injury, minor incidents such as scratches or play-related injuries can occur. By leaving your pet in our care, you accept this risk.

Personal Items
We provide all necessary items for your pet’s stay, including food, bedding, and bowls. Please do not send personal items such as toys or blankets, as we cannot guarantee their return in the same condition. If medication is needed, please clearly label the medication with instructions.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off
Pets must be dropped off and picked up at the agreed-upon times. Late pick-ups without prior arrangement may incur additional fees. For clients using our collection service, arrangements must be made in advance, and additional fees will apply.

Photography and Media Use
Pawsome Pet Lodge reserves the right to take photographs and videos of your pet during their stay. These may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, or other marketing materials. By booking with us, you agree to this use. If you do not wish for your pet to be photographed, please inform us upon booking.

Liability
While we strive to provide the highest level of care and attention, Pawsome Pet Lodge is not liable for any injury, illness, or death that may occur during your pet’s stay, provided that all necessary precautions and professional care were followed. You acknowledge that by boarding your pet at our facility, you accept these risks.

Breeds Not Accepted
For the safety of all pets, we do not accept certain breeds, including (but not limited to) Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Boerboels, and other power breeds. We also do not accept larger breeds such as Labradors, German Shepherds, and Huskies. If you are unsure whether your dog qualifies, please contact us prior to booking.

Behavior During Stay
Dogs are monitored throughout their stay, and any aggressive or highly anxious behavior may result in early termination of the stay. If this occurs, we will contact the owner to make alternative arrangements for the pet’s care.

Agreement
By booking and leaving your pet in the care of Pawsome Pet Lodge, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. These terms are in place to ensure the safety, well-being, and comfort of all pets staying with us.
